i thought this thread title meant something else entirely, to which i believe that scamp and Master (Baiter) of the House THENARDIER might also have been alluding (or a-lewding, more accurately).
MY answer, in that case, would have been Jack Noseworthy's, but it was maybe more like eight and a half (if we mean Broadway ones). The rest i've only seen onstage or sometimes in dressing rooms while changing, so accurate measurement wasn't surreptiously achieved.
