Why doesn't anyone ever go on the chat room?

I have some natural curiosity because I'm so new here:

Why isn't anyone ever on the chat room?
I'm kinda confused... If no one's ever on it, why is it there?
I don't know... whatever

By the way, can anyone post a picture of a really hot guy on this thread. I want to use it for my avatar.

Don't let it be too hot though ! There are teens here and the moderators are quite strict and very rightly so !
