What Pauline Kael doesn't know could fill a Library. A small town in West Texas might put up with a Whorehouse. They would NEVER have put up with race mixing.

BTW, once I went out on a date and the guy said I looked like the one with the red hair in the laundry basket...then I saw the movie again and wasn't thrilled!

Also...if this is remade, I would love for "Sneakin' Around" to be cut from the movie...and the scene with Miss Mona and the Sheriff talking about aliens and the fact that they don't have "peckers" to be re-written!

MTV, the boy in the laundry basket (the team manager) was considered VERY cute back in the 80's.

Yeah, the boy in the laundry basket was considered quite the hottie in those days, which is why he was featured so prominently in the number. If you don't believe me, just search early 80s gay porn. Pretty much every film had to have at least 2 guy who looked like him.
