Wille's bus was pulled over by police for erratic driving. Police smelled "A strong odor of Marijuana." A search turned up about a pound and a half of pot along with a couple ounces of 'shrooms.
Normally, that much pot would lead to a felony charge, but all the bus's riders (4) admitted to smoking such massive quantities so regularly that police had to consider the "pounder plus" as "personal usage."

Willie Nelson smoking pot? Well, I declare. That man's been in the White House! Is nothing sacred in America anymore?!
