I never found out the 12 ways it helps to build your body. I took it on faith & in my case, it did not work
By the way, what the hell is rivoflavin?

Posted: 5/21/05 at 10:54pmMy assumption is that you mean "riboflavin," but god knows I have been very wrong when I've tried to guess your meaning in the past. Riboflavin is vitamin B2, which actually is a growth promoting compound, so there's one of your 12 ways right there.
