Posted: 6/16/14 at 12:45pmJust wondering, anybody on here planning to attend in Toronto?( or know anybody who is?) Mildly curious cos they've really hyped this as mill-i-yuns of folks a-coming but I'm not hearing this from the hotel biz.

Posted: 6/17/14 at 1:08amYeah, I find it kinda ridiculous--we've even gotten advertising here in BC. Doesn't Toronto Pride attract a large influx of people anyway? Not sure this will make much of a difference (the last time I went to Toronto Pride was ten or more years back and I just remember it was during a heatwave and a garbage strike--not the ideal combination.) I always liked that, at least back then, Montreal's smaller Diversite had their parade at night--seemed much more civilized (I have a bad history of gong out the night before Pride and sleeping through the parade etc)
