World's Fair

Posted: 6/14/05 at 10:55amIsn't it about time for the U.S. to host another World's Fair? I attended the 1982 Worlds Fair in Knoxville and it was fun. I was also watching a DVD of the 1964 World's Fair and it looked like fun. (All those people eating Belgian Waffles!!)

The 1964-65 Worlds Fair lost a bundle and was not well organized. There is also the question of 'Where?' since Flushing Meadow Park is not really available.
I know, how about the 34th Street rail yards!
