I'm auditioning for Gypsy and I want to know if a song from Pink Floyd - The Wall would be appropriate -- particularly "Mother". Or should I sing "Till' there was you"?

Posted: 11/24/08 at 6:07amBoth not appropriate. You want a song written between 1940 and 1965 to show off mezzo old Broadway style bel, another Jule Styne is always a good idea. Unless you are auditioning for Gypsy the part itself?
