I just started looking at the Xbox Kinect video game system that my niece and nephews want for Christmas. Which is the best package to purchase that gives them everything they will need? I was thinking of the Xbox 250 GB with Kinect Holiday Bundle for $400. Can anyone verify that this would be the one to purchase or if I should look at a different bundle deal?

My suggestion would be to purchase both of these...

http://www.amazon.com/Kinect-Sensor-Adventures-Gunstringer-Xbox-360/dp/B005YR0T2I/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1322438618&sr=8-6

and

This way you are spending the same amount of money but you are getting more free games. You would get Fable 3 and a digital code for Halo Reach and you would get Kinect Adventures and token codes for downloadable versions of "Gunstringer" and "Fruit Ninja Kinect"

If you bought the one you are talking about you would only be getting Kinect Adventures and a digital code for Carnival Games: Monkey See Monkey Do. So for the same price you are getting 3 more games free.

The 250GB hard drive is definitely the way to go, gives them plenty of room to save their games and also gives them more room to download games off xbox live if they want.

(there might be better deals out there then these but I know the kinect bundle I posted is normally 150 but it's down to 100 for the black friday - cyber monday weekend so you are going to have to order that either tonight or tomorrow cause it's going to go back up to 150)

Also the systems(no matter which one you get) only come with 1 controller so you are going to need to get one of these as well since you said you have a niece and nephew. This way they don't fight over the controller.

If you have any other questions just let me know. I love videogames lol

Thanks so much for your help Broadway Joe. Great idea to purchase both in order to get more games. Also, they will definitly need the extra controller. Thanks again for the advice. I really appreciate it.

I forgot to ask about Xbox Kinect games. Can anyone recommend the most popular games that would be good for a 12 year old boy and 13 year old girl?

That's the one problem about Kinect. There's a lack of good games for it. I would def say go for The Gunstringer and Dance Central 1 and 2.
