Is the antispywear stuff on the Yahoo toolbar good? Does it get everything?

Yes it's great. I have both the YAHOO and GOOGLE toolbars, and together they work perfectly.

The Yahoo anti-spy thing is pretty good. But also you should check out trendmicro.
