I love this thread, but it took some thought.

I'll Be There For You, Living On A Prayer - Bon Jovi
Patience, Sweet Child ... - GNR
?Missing You - John Waite
Wait - White Lion
High Enough - Damn Yankees
To Be With You - Mr. Big
More than Words - Extreme
Honestly - Stryper
Every Rose ... - Poison
and anything by Journey and Pat Benetar

There's gotta be so many more I can't think of. Oh, the memories!

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

"Bon Jovi- Livin On A Prayer"

That isn't a power ballad. Power ballad formula: start really slow, usually with either just an acoustic guitar or a piano. Then when the chorus comes, you have the distorted guitar wailing with the drum and bass.
