my college's student-run musical theatre group just put it on.
It was reallllly cheesy, but it was decently cute.

Yeah, my local dinner theatre just did it and my amazing director was the principal. I didn't get the chance to see it, though.

Yes. I have seen and crewed the show. It is very campy, not exactly cute. The songs are catchy. A director that gets how the show is supposed to perform will make the show a good experience. It is meant to be campy, cheesy, dirty, funny, stupid and fun.

AH! I LOVE THIS SHOW! i thought i was the only one who knew it. hahaha. Yeah, this show is really awesome and the more campy it is the funnier it becomes. Jonny is one of my dream roles actually. It's really a fun show and i've been dying to be a part of a production of it.

Enjoy the show! I'm totally jealous. We're doing Cats at the moment. blegh. lol. ( i have a feeling it will be great but...it's Cats....come on. lol)

i'm really trying to help talk my theatre teachers into possibly doing Zombie Prom next year.

Check out the short film that was made a few years ago on iTunes for free. It's the musical, but shortened to 35 minutes.
Amazing.

I am in love with the show and I am dying to play Eddie!!

This show has flashes of brilliance. It perfectly spoofs what it sets out to. The lyrics are super intricate, and the tunes excellently crafted. I think any production of Zombie Prom that comes off "cheesy" has a director that doesn't know what they're winking at.
