acting transfer student

I just finished my freshman year as a non-acting major but I have been thinking a lot about switching to acting. It is my passion and what I truly love to do. I have been looking at schools like Rutgers Mason Gross, Depaul, UCLA, Webster, Purchase, and I like U Minnesota Guthrie a lot but I know it is very difficult to get accepted so I also need some safety (but still reputable) schools to look at since I dont have a very stacked resume. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
