not sure how i feel about this endorsement, or, more particularly, the people who made it public.

You know what? I really liked that...
People need to remember that disabled people have as much right to a voice as everyone else! If Dan wants to let people know how he feels, then good on him. I don't see a problem with this video, and I especially like that he seems to have developed an opinion of his own, rather than just spurting the beliefs of those around him. If only more people were able to do that..

Well, there are two possibilities there...
But I think it seems fairly natural, and people really underestimate the intelligence of many disabled people. And people with Downs can be remarkably astute.
The thing that makes me think it's him, is that he reveals that his brother has Hirschsprung's Disease, which could be a little embarrassing... I dunno, I wouldn't want my bowel obstructions revealed to the world...
However, I agree. If they're manipulating him, then that's pretty low and disgusting...

I don't know what I think about it. It does kind of feel a little exploitative.
And who is that person behind him and why are they hiding?
btw, isn't Hirschsprung's Disease something only infants have?

I think you're right, Taz. I dunno...I'm not well-informed when it comes to bowel abnormalities...
But my point remains!
