Eeeehhh...neither of them are phenoms, but you know, if death is not an option, I'd stick with Kelly. While he isn't particularly well-liked, neither is Jen, and I don't think either of them have much charisma. I also find that in terms of productivity, Kelly's a better option, since Jen did shirk PM responsibility a lot, and both times, delegated difficult tasks to others, seemingly to put responsibility off of herself in case of failure. While Kelly micromanaged and was criticized in the beginning of this episode for it, who can blame him? Plus I think for Trump's organization, you need someone who's not afraid to be hands on and make sure everything goes smoothly, and I don't think Jen did that.

The major problem I have with Jen is that aside from not taking responsibility (which I hated, but that seemed to a common fault of all the women here) is that she hides behind her academic education as her strongest point, which means nothing, really. Sandy would have been a better choice than Jen if we were to pick btwn the last 2 females.

"Well, that was disappointing."

I was partial to Jen too, but in what way was the finale disappointing? Was there ever any doubt that Kelly would when? Jen had been on Apprentice death row for several weeks now. I wasn't even surprised by Trump's rather rude "Jennifer............you're fired. Kelly, you're hired!"
