Spider, although i think I understand where your cynicism may come from, I would respectfully suggest that not EVERYONE loses their sense of acceptance and tolerance - only those that choose to do so.

Right- but that's the reverse of the process that was being talked about before. The regaining of innocence (or something) rather than the loss of it.
