Good Question.. I think that in order to be a true professional yes you have to come here and get your a$$ kissed.. That is what the causes the transformation.. Without it you are just a wanna be..

You got it, Cam. It's the ass kissing that does it, right? So if a performer posts on here but doesn't get his ass kissed by BG2 it will not improve his performance. Only a bit maybe? So the ass kissing is necessary?
