Actually, Paradox, for the phrase "Are you well?" I only have a few spellings.
You can either spell it ogenki (if you want to be proper) or genki,
are is either dess or desu depending upon whether or not you want to pronounce the vowel sound at the end...and ka, well, not much option there.

You cannot write dess in Roomaji.

You do not have to pronounce the su, but the character is su, and in Roomaji it is written as desu...
