Actually...if their conduct is making you uncomfortable that makes it a hostile work environment and you CAN lodge a formal complaint. Doesn't matter it is consensual between them or not...you do not have to put up with that kind of behavior in your work place.
Do you have an HR Rep? If not, call the Labor Board.

I reported it. My temp person just wrote me, said she had forwarded it onto the person who handles this company's "global" account. Hopefully, something can be done soon. I hate to be a jerk about it, but it's darn uncomfortable and a terrible double standard.

It's just bothering me, but if he's going to harrass me about the fact that I was late this morning (after being stuck on a train for 20 minutes...AND I called the second I got out of the subway to let them know), then I'm not putting up with their crap.
