To delete pictures, go to your fan photos, click on (and expand) the photo you want to delete, and use the "delete photo" link right below it.
To shrink your photos down, you're going to need to use an image editing program, because the "img" tag is automatically generated by the site and you can't alter it to shrink the thing that way.
