can someone help me with this iTunes Mac problem?#1

ok... so hopefully the image popped up... so whenever I'm on iTunes and I'm reading description of trailers and movies... these As in boxes keep popping up instead of the appropriate punctuation marks... does anyone know why this is happening and how i can get rid of it? they really bug me... thanks

command + shift + 4 to take a screenshot.

it's up... thanks lizzie... it took me a while to figure out what to put in the OPTIONAL IMAGE box
