Hope it's nothing serious.
My cousin accidently blew out one of her ear drums last year.
Hint:
If your ears are clogged (a.k.a popping), DO NOT hold your nose and blow! Just yawn.

Yes, I hope your ear is alright now. Hearing is a precious sense. Don't play around with maybe losing it--see a doctor if you need to.
