can you look at this?

I had the same issue that mistress did, the info is too small to read without resizing, but no big deal.
Just for the record, I would much prefer to read the ocassional post from Shermanslave than the endless "Let's talk about me somemore", "Give me the attention I so desperately need" threads that so many of you start every day.

Just adding to the "nice to see sherman posting" sentiment. I totally enjoyed perusing his head shots, and the singing telegram gig...
It's an interesting peek into someone's life, especially since it's not a constant barrage. And I've never felt used.
And the link opened and the blurb looks good.

I can NOT believe that Rath would actually take a thread in which she is actually repeatedly criticizing somebody for their posting content and then turns it into yet another of her back and forth private/public conversations. I'm getting the sense that that compulsive habit of hers is driving more than just me up the wall.
Slave's posts that promote what's going on in his life never struck me as coming from "outside the community" of BWW. Post on, slave.

Posted: 6/5/06 at 10:22amThanks to you guys who are not mad at me for occasionally asking advice or posting my show. I know I am not the only one who does it and at least I am not one of the people who joined only to do that. I joined a long time ago and think I have developed at least a few relationships on this board.

Yes, and although those may not be "Rath Approved Relationships," it doesn't matter. It's important to remember that a person is a part of BWW even if they don't pretend to be married to anybody on here, or children of, or siblings of, or parents of, or aunties of (or any other pathetic permutaion therein) other members of this board to be "acceptable."

F*CK Rath, put the link back, Slaveboy. Don't let the Negative Nellie (Oh, did you see Rath as Nellie in South Pacific? I hear she was mediocre at best!) get you down.
PUT IT BACK!!! And promote away...Scott Nevins and all the other people who promote their shows without posting here do it too!

The link is back, peeps. Honestly, this was just a simple question I had about the page opening but what a can o' worms it opened instead.
Thanks for all the kind words.

People, you forgot your smiley faces.

You know what's interesting to me, I can remember things about Shermanslave from nearly a couple of years ago...the singing telegram gig, the halloween costume pics, his painting pictures with his little niece, his partner's cabaret show, etc. Yet, there are people who post on here every day and I can't tell you a thing about them. They are so uninteresting I can't even keep their screen names straight.
Frequent posting doesn't necessarily make a person more memorable.....unless, of course, you're Sueleen and have something to add that amuses more than yourself.

^^^^ that makes what Orion posted no less true.
Images of dead animals being flogged are this board's new "Get a life." A very slippery slope of a charge that some people should really not make.
'slave, I forgot all about the fingerpainting thing on ebay! How did that ever end up?

Wow Namo, they say you're the one that's always mean and nasty, yet your comment was a hell of a lot nicer than the one I planned to make about horses.
I will say this, I know that sometimes it seems like I'm beating a dead horse, that I'm late to a discussion, but you see, I have a lot of things going on in my life and limited time to sit in front of the computer waiting for someone to post something new. So, often I come along and make my point long after others have made the same point.
