how do i take a song from a cd and save it on my computer?

There are many programs that do this, Windows Media Player is almost certainly on your computer.

Just put in the disc and open Windows Media Player. (There might even be a pop up window with *import songs* as a choice)

Then check the song you want to copy and press the *import songs* button.

Sorry, I was thinking iTunes.
On windows Media Player you need to push the "rip" button on the top.

i have itunes on the pc, but all i have is windows media player on my laptop :)
this song is already on my pc and i can't find it on limewire

You can rip it with media player using that RIP button just as easily. I used Media Player only for a long time.

itunes is awesome, I couldn't live without it.
