I need to clean my room, but it's not going to happen anytime soon.
I liked how Pippi Longstocking used to clean her floors, by strapping scrubbing shoes on her feet and skating around! "scrubbing day, it's my favorite day, cuz on scrubbing day, we make everything get wet"

cleaning CAN be fun...it's my excuse for blasting some showtunes.

Posted: 6/4/05 at 12:13amI just toss my clothes everywhere. Quite literally. It's a bad habit if you live with OCD clean freaks like the rest of my family. I think my room's really tidy and they think it's a dump. At least you can still see the carpet (but that might be because my room's too big and I don't have enough clothes to cover the entire floor). Oh, well, that's besides the point.

i had to move my enitre doorm room back home this summer and it COMPLETELY filled my floor. my mom and i have been working for 2 days straight to get it all done before company arrives

Just a little tip, but listening to Caroline, Or Change while cleaning makes for some fun

Posted: 6/4/05 at 2:44pmI have YARD WORK to do... and I can't blast show tunes outside, thanks to my grumpy neighbors who don't believe in loud music. (And yet they let their kids play outside, in the street, who literally cannot go thirty seconds without screaming or crying.)
