closing night or opening night?

out of 10 performances I get 5 and my other double castee gets 5. What do you think...

opening gets
2 saturday shows and the review

closing gets
...closing night...the matinee and possibly the julie andrews/sutton foster benefit for BCEFA

i say closing!

yeah..i pretty much have closing. im a little excited. hahah. AH! I even get to do a show for underprivilged elementary school kids!! yay!!!

I personally like opening night! The energy is soooo high when its the first performance!(not counting tech week) Closing night the energy isn't tooooo low but its running short!

i see what you're saying, but closing night is always the best show. at our school opening night is usually the first full dress run through hahah

I diagree about opening nght having more emotion than closing night. I was at the closing performance of Brooklyn and that was the BEST performance given by the cast that I have seen. Anyways, I would go with closing also:)

i did get closing. and its looking like julie andrews may not make it, but sutton had a Q&A after her show with the kids from my school and she told them she wanted to come...so it might not be to a show, but maybe a rehearsal. It'd be a dream come true to work with sutton foster. i'd faint.
