I was wondering that myself.

A great and easy program to do those 360° photos without any special equipment is ULead Cool 360. You just stand in the center of the area you want to show. Take a picture level with the horizon. Move in a circle, taking slightly overlapping pictures as you go until you're back where you started. Then you load them into this program and it stitches them together and saves them in special viewer. Easy peasy.

That made me laugh. They were blowing up all the balloons yesterday afternoon. The funniest part was the energizer bunny kept falling down.
