Yeah, I saw that on the news this evening. I bet they do it for a week or so, then it goes back to business as usual.

But when did New Hampshire become--Such a backward wasteland of seatbelt hating crazies?...I mean, only 40 people actually live there. The others are just visitors who come for the tax-free liquor and three inches of novelty coastline. John Hodgeman on The Daily Show (1-30-07)

also, I found the list of "terrorist traits" we New Yorkers should look out for--people with clenched fists, people who looked stressed, people looking both ways and then running, etc to be things you could see of most NYers everyday! Can we narrow it down a bit??

that's the problem. narrowing it down. and you know what these cops are not trained for this. at least not at the level where they could really be effective.
