Depends how you do it, what voice type you are and in what context.
Just belting a top A doesn't mean squat...

It really depends. At the age of 13, your voice might have barely started changing, which would not make it that impressive. When your voice is fully matured (which, believe me, it isn't at that age), if you can back it up with at least a decent lower range, there will be a ton of roles you can play. However, if you're really straining to hit the note, nobody will be impressed. I am a deep bass, but I can sometimes push myself up to a high A, but it isn't my best note, and nobody would find it impressive. What sets tenors who can hit the note apart from me is their strong control over the note.
But, at your age, when many boys' voices haven't dropped yet, one can hardly call that impressive.
