This is kind of intersting...
Ways to annoy people: Arrive at a meeting late, say you're sorry, but you didn't have time for lunch, and you're going to be nibbling during the meeting. Then eat raw potatoes. Ask people what gender they are,or Disagree strongly with everything anybody says:)

These people are getting into some deep stuff.. I think it's how much the parent forces their child to do it that makes them the feared 'Stage Parents' if they are just supporting their kid in what they love to do, whats so wrong with that?

I agree with you, but I also think that at such a young age, it's hard to know what their kid truly wants. The parent on that board said she asks her kid if she wants to do the beauty pageant and only goes it if the girl says yes - She might mean well, but at this age, the kid is probably conditioned to want to please her mom and wants to do what will make her mom happy.

Also, I disagree with the mom's way of instilling confidence in her daughter. She said she focuses on her looks so the kid feels better about herself, but what's going to happen when the kid hits puberty, grows some boobs and gains some weight? It's gonna shatter her because her childhood has been all about her appearance!

I think sometimes parents mean well, but the end result....

yah, that one person said she had three kids and one of them does the pageant thing...I would think the other kids would be jealous, for alot of reasons
