All I have to say is that things have gotten pretty damn bad for Republicans if minority can get elected in this country. People are saying things like "it is time" and blah, blah, blah. The reality is that we have no choice. Old white men are dead to us.

if democrats couldn't win it in 2004 with a much more viable candidate, i have little hope for 2008. much of america is not ready for a woman or a black president, if hillary or osama get the nod.

oh, robbo, i really disagree with the perception of jfk ii as a "much more viable candidate." he was a disaster as a candidate and did nothing to help the democrats get through their internal debate as to what the party stands for besides everything for everyone except republicans 'cuz those guys are the biggest bunch of lying y'know criminals.

either the carpet-bagger or o-bama-lama-ding-dong in their sleep on a bad day is a better candidate that lurch ever was or will be.

and sorry, despite being able to play directly to the base by not having to take a stand on any bills, the breck girl is still the not-ready-for-primetime player in the bunch.
