good, free, ftp program?

does anyone have a free ftp program that they could recommend to me?

the one i use now just stopped uploading things. and i know i didnt have a free trail version so i dont know whats wrong.

You might want to check out versiontracker.com to see what's available. It'll tell you which ones are shareware, freeware, commercial, etc.
