re: have you ever wished you could fly?

Yes.
When I was little I used to dream that I was flying. And was so disappointed when I would wake up in the morning and realize that it was just a dream.

Peter Pan had a big impact on me as a kid. re: have you ever wished you could fly?

re: have you ever wished you could fly?

I actually read somewhere that people that dream of flying usually have very specific things that accompany the dream. Like some people always have to have something in the their mouth, like a leaf, stick or feather(Dumbo.) Some people have to hold something. Some people have to jump off of something, like a cliff or building. I have always just lifted up off the ground. Whenever people talk about flying dreams, that's the first thing I ask. I love when people realize that the usually do the same thing every time.

re: have you ever wished you could fly?

Yea, it'd be pretty darn cool.

This just reminded me of spongebob square pants and the episode when his like pants make him fly. Than at the end where patrick flies by himself even after spongebob loses the ability, and it's like wtf?

yes, that was a horrible explaination, but if you've seen the episode, you would know it.

And for the others... well i don't care! It';s your fault for not being a spongebob fan!

re: have you ever wished you could fly?

I believe I can fly
I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away
I believe I can soar
I see me running through that open door
I believe I can fly

I don't need to fly to get as high as a kite.

re: have you ever wished you could fly?

That's so cool. I used to dream I could fly, too. I always just took a run-off and lifted up. And in my dreams, it was always the school playground that I was flying across.

Tiff... *shakes head*

He's the only reason I sat through those last few brutal seasons of QaF.

Brutal? re: have you ever wished you could fly? I've seen season three, and most of seasons one and two (I rented them out of order... because I'm not that bright). I guess it goes downhill from here?

re: have you ever wished you could fly?

Sister Bertrille was one of my favorites growing up.
"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!" Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

You have no idea how much!
When someone blunders, we say that he makes a misstep. Is it then not clear that all the ills of mankind, all the tragic misfortunes that fill our history books, all the political blunders, all the failures of the great leaders have arisen merely from a lack of skill in dancing. - Moliere

re: have you ever wished you could fly?

i wished it just about an hour ago actaully. i really didn't feel like walking across the entire campus to get back to my room.

i used to dream about flying too. i never had to do anything specific though. i just had to run and i'd sorta glide above the ground. i could never go that high. i wonder what that means...

re: have you ever wished you could fly?

Same here, I always dreamed about being able to fly and was always really upset when I woke up. I'm with NYadgal, it's Peter Pan's fault.

re: have you ever wished you could fly?

I never fly very high in my dreams. I think it's becuase I like to know whats going on all the time. I can remember venturing higher and getting scared in one of the dreams...lol. The flying dreams are my favorites.
