I was on the phone for almost an hour last night and I could continue the call with iPod/iTunes support people, so now I am coming to all of you.

I recently got my computer ixed and cleaned out. I however was dumb and didn't burn any of my purchased music. I was told by a friend that I could get the songs back, but I don't know where to go or how to do it. (Not the smartest with computers)

If anyone can help me I would be so happy and will love you forever!!!

Thanks!

Well, if you have the music on your Ipod, you can upload it from your Ipod to your computer again...

This method definitely works, as I've used it before, but don't completely understand it and always needed help from those more computer savvy...

AND I end up restoring my virus ridden computer so much,I finally just purchased the program copypod, which is quite easy to use and I highly recommend it...

So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

There's also a very easy to use download called iPod rip, which 'rips' your music off of your iPod back to your computer. This was reccomended to me by an apple employee.

I had to purchase all 500 songs again. Which costed 500 bucks.

I'm really mad right now.

BluCat: I tried to do it but the step that says to find the iPod icon thing in My Computer isn't there. Everything from my computer had to be erased, so there is no memory of my iPod.

Actress: Where do you get that iPod Rip thing?

Chenofan, if you're still trying to get songs off your ipod, try using PodUtil. You'll have to sit there and click the occasional alert window if you're using the trial version, but it's very efficient. PM me if you have any questions.

One more thing... I forgot. How do you get oictures from your iPod onto you computer. I looked for something that would do it, but I can't find it.

By the way, I got all my music back, so thanks again!

Thanks for the link... I wasn't having a problem, but that's really useful to get music onto the computer that has been lost and is only on your iPod. Cool stuff!
