"Scared" is your judgment on the situation. You're always doing that--trying to emasculate the other side as "sissies" or "scaredycats," which is not only false but also misogynistic and homophobic. Stop it. It's childish.
A lot of what the Democrats are doing now, they are doing strategically, so it can't be used by the Republican Noise Machine against us. It's not MY chosen strategy, but I'm not a party leader.
Ken Mehlman (who just came out as heterosexual--did you know that?!?) and Elizabeth Dole have been trying to scare the Republican base by saying "Don't let the Democrats win because they'll investigate us and impeach the president."
So Nancy and other Democrats are simply saying, "No, we're not running on an Impeachment platform."
Nancy is just refusing to fall for the RNC's tricks the way I refuse to fall for yours.
The Republican tactic, by the way, is failing miserably. As more and more Repubs turn away from the president and the GOP Congress--did you see that he's down to 29%?--they say, "Go ahead and investigate the f*ckers--they're all corrupt anyway."
