Its snowing in Kentucky too! Its a very light snow, but I'll take it.

The perfect snow starts on Friday night and leaves a beautiful, sparkling world to play in on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday afternoon all the snow on the streets and sidewalks melts off and the pavement dries for Monday morning...
(In case of holidays, like Christmas, that scenario can be stretched out for as many days as needed.)

I would rather it snow on Weds. and have Thur. and Fri. as snow days.
Then again, in the NW it doesn't take much for a snow day.

we had our first snow of the season this morning. it was just a dusting, but it made me smile, because it means ski season is here! we've had a rough start (to ski season) in the northeast due to unusually warm weather in november.
