So I don't feel like I'm scaring people away: I didn't mean it maliciously either, but it was the first thing I thought of when I read your original post.
In all honesty, broadwayworld is the best message board I've ever come across, but if you're really that desperate to get away from here: there's musicals.net.
Or you could just try Google.

Why should we help you? You come here and insult us by wanting to visit other message boards? Then you call us mean?
You think other message boards don't have "mean" people? Hate to break it to you, but the world is a cruel place. Deal with it.

Very good point, CapnHook. I had to leave quickly to eat dinner, and thought basically the same thing (about people on other message boards not being any nicer).
