Well there are two versions...the single disc version (which is just the film), and the special edition which is 2 discs and has some great bonus features.
Without even checking Amazon, I would assume that the single disc version can be purchased for no more than $10 - it's on sale at Virgin Megastore right now for just that.
If you wanted the special edition, I would still say that amazon is your best bet. Even if you don't buy it new, you can always get some pretty terrific prices from the users on there.
Either way, you MUST own this film. It's one of the best movies ever made.

It's a great film! Bob Balaban is just a kid in it. He is the one hanging out in the balcony at the Times Square Movie Theatre.
