I searched this board, visited the zen knowledge base, and read the manual but I didn't find what I needed so I come here asking all my BWW peeps for help.
I have a zen micro but anyone with an mp3 player might be able to help.
I was making a playlist on the zen organizer on my computer and then I noticed that all the tracks had rearranged into alphabetical order. They're still in the right order on the player itself but they'll probably put all the tracks on the player in alphabetical order the next time I sync it. I don't know what I did but how can I put the tracks in the right order again?
Thanks, guys!

I'm having the same problem with my Samsung, and I don't know if it's the same type but here's what they had on the Samsung site.
Can I Change The Play Order On My MP3 Player?
When transferring music to your flash MP3 player, the tracks will be played in alphabetical order by file name. If you want to "force" the MP3 player to play the tracks in a certain order, the only way to go about it is to rename the songs (file names) before transferring them to the MP3 player. You can rename them numerically for convenience.

You may have the option of getting more info on a song or something like that (for me I right click on the song and then click on "get more info"). You should be able to put in the track number. If the tracks are numbered correctly, they should stay in that order.
