about faith based initiatives being able to discriminate even while receiving public funds. pastors are also exempt from the 500k salary cap (before you freak out, it's a joke: i fully realize that the 500k caps are currently only for financial institutions receiveing bailout funds from the federal gov't...freakin' killjoys).

I have no problem with them being true to themselves - just not with my money.
This doesn't surprise me in the least. I've said all along his ties to religion were going to be a factor.

I believe that is not what the article states papa. It says that they have no rights under the US Constitution. I do not believe that it addresses the Geneva convention and other treaties we signed.
I can understand the argument for distinguishing between Bagram and Gitmo legally.
