this is gruesome footage. i warn you, don't click on this if you have a weak stomach.
the palestinians claimed that the blood of the turtle has aphrodisiac qualities, that it was good for back trouble and children suffering from "trauma" and that "it's meat tastes good."
i don't blame the palestinians, though. their natural reaction to something is to kill it and then try to figure out what it was.
