There's no singing in this audition. It's about a week and a half away. I was wondering, what should i do to prepare for the readings so i won't be so nervous?

well if there going to have you do cold readings in order to prepare for that i would deff go into the auditon knowing what to find in the script! A. Your characters objective....the emotions your characters feeling in the scene....and what's your relationship with the other character or characters. I learned this at a workshop with some bway ppl! It'll help you play off the scene better!! hope that helps

I'm audition against adults for a show that I think wants colleged aged people, but I still wanna go. I want be prepared and not look like an idiot. What should I wear?

Ok you want to wear something nice but not too dreessed up. Have you done a show with these people before? Do you know anyone else who is auditioning?

I have never done a show with these people. One of my auditions is at a college and I'm 16.

don't wear jeans. do you know what the play is or anything about it? if it's contemporary you can probably wear nice pants, if its classic then perhaps a nice skirt. oh and heels with both, unless you think you might audition for a child's part.

One's a Shakespeare play (Julius Caesar) and the other I don't know. But from what I can see the other one is contemporary and pretty adult themed. So I'm not going to audition for the other.
