Anyone have a suggestion for a relatively inexpensive, good protein powder? I'm not sure what to buy? Does it matter what age you are - supplements, etc? Thanks.

What would you be using it for? Are you looking to gain weight, lose weight, meal replacement, a supplement?

I use protein powder when making fruit smoothies. It's a good, quick and light meal when you're on the run. But I'll tell ya, I much prefer whey powder to soy.

EAS would be a start. Part of Atkins Diet.

I use a very inexpensive one from Whole Foods. Mixed with milk it packs 28 grams of protein. The chocolate is the best and makes a very rich and creamy shake.
