Posted: 6/24/05 at 8:36amdoes anyone know the area around shea stadium? we're going there on tuesday but we don't really know the area, like where to park and where the stores are and stuff... can anyone help out at all?

Posted: 6/24/05 at 10:12amBlah stupid shea...I'm a huge Yankee fan and my family are Met fans, so I'm always dragged there..Shea has it's own parking lot really, it's really weird. You'll see directions for parking as soon as you get there. Stores...b/c of the parking lot, it's a bit more difficult to get there but yeah. Have fun, though you should really be going to Yankee stadium...

Posted: 6/24/05 at 10:44amthanks. we're going to the picnic area first, so i'll have to find that, then going to the game. I looked at the webiste and saw that there's a store at the stadium, so that's the one we'll probably go to. :)

Posted: 6/24/05 at 11:17amthe picnic area....you enter right from the parking lot. its to the left of center field so its closest to the booths when you enter the lots (i believe). theres a big ol' sign that says 'pepsi picnic area' so you really cant miss it.
