Go to Guidelines, it has a list on it of how many posts mean what level.

I'm working for a kid's cabaret show, and there's these big signs backstage with the order of the numbers. Of course I still get 7 year olds (average age of the Wickedites, I do believe) coming up to me and asking how many numbers before theirs.
I just turn them around and direct them towards the signs. Effing seven-year-olds!

Why do people care enough to start numerous threads on this subject? It's a count of how many times you have said something, even something unworthy of being said. It's not some great accomplishment. I don't think I have even looked at the status of any poster here. I think what's more imporatnt is what you ahve top say and not how many times you can say it.
Given that, I have now pushed myself one post closer to my ultimate goal in life.

Oh you're preaching to the choir, babe. This question is asked on an almost daily basis by newbies. But remember, if people actually snooped around the board for themselves in search of the answer, they wouldn't get 2 more posts (one to ask the question and one to say 'thanks, can't believe I missed it' -- these threads are all alike) tacked onto their total number of posts! *rolls eyes*
