There is a Dark side and a Jedi side--both have hilarious screensavers and wallpaper. You MUST watch the trailer--brilliant.
I bought some today--the dark M&Ms. They taste delicious!
I'm such a dweeb, and I love it!!!! I can't wait until May 19th!!!!!!!!
no one likes chocolate?
no one thinks this is the cutest thing since...Darth Tater!!?
I think the number of responses on here https://forum.broadwayworld.com/readmessage.cfm?boardname=off&thread=841793#863614 might explain why people may have glazed over the thread title.
I just found out what a Chewbacka (sp?) was when I tried to watch Empire Strikes Back a few weeks ago! *proud*
party pooper bringin that mean thread up!!!!
There are plenty of people who love Star Wars! And even more who love M&Ms!
DARK M&Ms???? I am on cloud nine! DARK M&Ms dressed as Star Wars characters???? I've died and gone to heaven!

First of all, dark chocolate is infinitely better than milk chocolate.
Second of all, I lost most respect for Star Wars when the new movies started coming out. What awful wastes of time. The original trilogy is fun, though.
I love M&Ms, Jerby. Guess I missed their new impending incarnation, but I'm guessin' I'll love them.
But I really think this film is going to ROCK.

yes. seriously.
Looks like you had to think about that one for a while.
Dark chocolate M&Ms are a good idea, I'll give you that.

Wow.
You didn't, um, like the previous two, did you? Because that might explain a few things.

There are dark chocolate M&M's?! *salivates* I had no idea.
I um realize um that the first two um were flawed um.
But as a Star Wars fan--I enjoyed them overall for the story and revelations that connect to the first 3 films and for some of the bad ass action scenes and technical marvels.
But um I guess that um makes me um an idiot for liking them um even that much? um?

*cringe*
We just have different taste, is all.
*gag*
you know--I know the difference between "good" cinema and "bad" cinema. I would never equate these films with CITIZEN KANE or GONE WITH THE WIND. Some films you just love for the kid inside you.
And, you don't see me sh!tting all over your likes do you?
UM?

Hey, I love plenty of stupid movies. It's stupid and boring I can't take.
I LOVE Star Wars. The original trilogy is the best serial film ever. Indiana Jones comes close but that's it.
Now, with that said, Lucas should have come up with the plot outlines and left the screenplay writing to someone else. If you just follow the basic story and action, the new movies are just fine and they cleverly fill in what happened before our beloved IV, V and VI.
The problem lies in the god-awful dialogue. GOD.AWFUL. Jesus cries every time someone plays one of these films.
But the story is intriguing and often clever.
Oh, and don't get me started on Jar Jar. I hate him. That's one bandwagon I proudly leap on.
Oh, yeah. Dark chocolate rules.
And it's all subjective.
Irregardless (sic), I think this one is going to be chock full of action and the stuff we've been waiting for. Plus, it's the first SW film to be PG13, which promises to be darker than even EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.
I'm sure more people will yearn to post their dissent of SW. I ask that this thread be fun and pro SW/M&Ms. Post the negative views of SW in the thread linked above. Please.
And, may the force be with you. Always.

Hey, I do like the original trilogy. And you'll never hear me speak a bad word about chocolate, unless it's chocolate ice cream.
And I'm sure if you knew my taste in movies you'd find it quite easily mockable, jrb. :)
Hiding your Rob Schneider box set isn't helping your cause. The Animal wants to be let out.

Plum liked Van Helsing. She told me so herself.

I haven't actually seen any of his movies, but I'm sure Rob Schnieder looks like Laurence Olivier next to the dreaded Billy Blanks. God, that was a bad movie. That's what happens when you stay up until 4 watching cable.

*snickers with Ellie* *and at her*
Billy Blanks? The tae-bo guy? Umm...Plumsie, I know North Americans have that little obesity issue, but I thought you'd know better than this. They're called "exercise videos". You're not supposed to sit and watch. You're supposed to follow along.

Yes. The awfulness of this movie can't be described in mere words.
And Ellie, what are you talking about? I thought we established that movie doesn't exist in la-la land.

She has it on DVD and everything.
