evidently a gay male dance troupe known as the prancing elites scared the bejesus outta some god-fearing alamaba values voters when they were invited to take part in the semmes, alabama christmas parade.

i think i know what the problem here was. the parade organizers clearly thought that they had invited a gay men's group to give an exhibition of prancercise.
