re: tiger, tiger, burning bright

a relevant fact:

"at the same conference, zoo director manuel mollinedo said he believed the tiger escaped its enclosure over a wall nearly 13 feet high, or about three feet below the minimum height recommended by the association of zoos and aquariums."

maybe ya can provoke them all ya want if the freakin' zoo puts them in an enclosure that even remotely meets the minimum safety recommendations. maybe instead of worrying about whether the dead guy they taunted the tiger, they could look at what other animals are in enclosures that allow them access to the public.
short wall + tiger = dead zoo patrons

i wonder if the sheriff will be taken to task for her blame the victim mentality now that it's becoming clear that the zoo is utterly and totally responsible.

Papa, you can badmouth that poor tiger all you want: the simple fact is, this NEVER would have happened if these boys hadn't been made of delectable, tempting meat.

re: tyger, tyger, burning bright

Mmmm, human jerky.

In any case, no matter how much of a stretch it is, this means that the people who designed and built the zoo are now responsible for murder. That doesn't mean the kids weren't utter morons, but still.

re: tyger, tyger, burning bright

Anyone who gets eaten by a tiger is at fault because they were stupid enough to be in any sort of relative proximity to said tiger.

That's not true. Never will any story having to do with Clay Aiken receive comment from me having anything to do with putting ANYTHING in my mouth.

that's because clay is as anatomically correct as a ken doll which you discovered in that red roof inn outside the benedum center.

Psssh, that's ludicrous, I would insist upon the Omni William Penn and nothing cheaper.

Yeah, like Clay Aiken would have any interest in my anatomy. Maybe yours, papa, but certainly not mine.

re: tyger, tyger, burning bright (Richard and Yvette)

Does no one else recall the famous Dr.Kildare episode with Yvette Mimieux? As the epileptic surfer (I know, I know, "oh, not another elileptic surfer episode!")? It has this title. It had a huge impact on my childhood. If you've never seen Yvette on a board with her eyes rolling back in her head ... well, if you've seen PSYCHO BEACH PARTY, you get the idea.
