yEAH, I KNOW....I don't hate her per se, I just like the skinny arm underdogs. Speaking of which, I couldn't believe how skinny both Federer and MOnfils are. My G-d, those legs were like toothpicks. I guess they play well w/o any body fat
Still crying over Ms. Peng. Wow, that was really painful to watch. I'm always in awe of any tennis player's endurance in high heat humidity conditions. They really are the most well conditioned athletes of any sport imho.

Yep, tough luck for Peng. You hate to see someone spend all year preparing for an event to go out like that.
Onto the fellows...most male tennis pros are quite thin compared to other top athletes that we see on tv, especially from waist up. Federer is sort of mid-sized with the giants of the sport being Nadal, Wawrinka, Tsonga, Cilic, and Murray among others. To me, Wawrinka or Nadal hs the ideal balanced physique for a pro in the modern era. Each has good height, lots of upper body strength, rock solid core, ideal length of torso, powerful legs with a quick first step, and excellent mobility.
And now that Sharapova's filled out her frame, she's become hellasexy with the best legs on tour to me. I mean she's become a living Barbie out there. I wish that both Serena and Vika could both drop 10 lbs to get down to their fighting weights. When Serena hit the tour at 15, she was probably 25 lbs lighter and a physical phenomenon like never before seen on the women's tour.
