up-tempo pop song from 60's - AUDITION SONG

Hi, I am a 14 year old female that is auditioning for Hairspray soon. I am a pretty great dancer if I do say so myself (I've been dancing my whole life lol), but I have only been singing for a few years and am not THAT amazing. The audition information says: "Please prepare 32 bars of an up-tempo pop/rock/r&b song from the 60’s or a musical theatre song in the style of the show. Have another selection prepared in case you are asked to sing again." I am a tenor. If you have any song suggestions for my audition that would be amazing! Thank you so much!

Perhaps something from Grease... We Go Together is an ensemble song but depending on what section you sing it could work as a solo song

However it is a little well known... but if you're okay with it being a more commonly recognized song then it should work well

Look at "Beautiful Carole King the Musical" and there are a bunch of songs there!
